Influencer Question About Brands Communicating Better with their Target Customers

In my last post on influencer marketing I mentioned that a survey of 14,000 millennial respondents found 70% of the generation – which represents the lion’s share of today’s buying power – are influenced by the buying decisions of their peers and those they follow.

Someone asked me on LinkedIn if there was a way for brands to get better at communicating with their target consumers so they wouldn’t have to rely on influencers.

This is a frequently asked question, but the statistic above confirms no matter how well the brand communicates with their target consumers, the consumer will want third party validation via testimonials or reviews.

Happy to answer questions. Comment below or send me a message. I will answer them in my future posts.
