Client Goals: wet n' wild was looking to launch a series of influencer campaigns, rather than only traditional media advertising, to launch new products and review fan favorites. Tied to this, they needed social media copy written for their in-house and newly gained UGC content across all social media platforms. In addition, they were looking to refresh their paid ad strategy. Lastly, they needed a full revamp of their online customer service department to address product and order issues.
What We Did: We sourced, launched, and managed 18 influencer campaigns over several years, from micro-influencers to major brand ambassadors. To coincide with the integration of UGC content with their in-house content, we wrote daily captions for all content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Pinterest, and YouTube. Since some of the new products included collaboration collections with brands such as Disney, Sanrio, and Nickelodeon, we tailored the written content to each of these larger companies’ requirements.
To bolster the success of their content, we developed a paid ad strategy for Facebook and Google ads. Because their goals changed with each campaign, we designed the strategy to be flexible based on whether their focus was gaining followers, increasing website traffic, growing engagement, etc.
In order to help guide their approach to both organic and paid content, we provided in-depth reports that detailed website traffic, influencer campaign value, organic & paid strategy efficacy, and more.
Lastly, we hired and trained customer service representatives to remotely take over wet n wild’s social media customer service issues. This included any product questions or concerns, problems with orders, and general feedback.
